Red Lumpfish roe is a less expensive alternative to genuine caviar. Lumpfish Caviar is delicious served on a blini with creme fraiche as a canape. It's also great used as a garnish to impress your guests, as it can be presented atop of softly boiled eggs, or served with slices of buttered toast!
